PROJECT 3
The site was a teardown in a beautiful older suburb. The clients were tearing down an old Victorian that was in too poor of shape to remodel, yet had a lot of sentimental value to the neighborhood. The goal was to build a new house with all the conveniences of the 21st century and the charm and grace of the turn of the century. We were involved in the design & specification of all the interior architectural trim & cabinetry, as well as selecting all the furnishings and accessories.
