This Florida home is one of Kreitinger Designs' most recent projects. A classic Spanish colonial design is given new life by incorporating a contemporary muted palette and sophisticated furnishings. An entire wall of folding doors opens up the living room to unveil a stately lanai enclosing a pool and a balcony. Built as a second home for the client, relaxation seems inevitable in this elegant Gulf Coast home.
